Concept, developed and technical design, including interior layouts and space planning.
Pre-application advice, planning applications, listed building and conservation area consents.
Building warrant drawings and applications.
Schedules of work, tender packages, managing the tender process and reporting on builders’ prices.
Site inspections, administering the building contract and certifying payments to the builder.
All services are quoted individually according to the project.
Fees are typically invoiced in alignment with RIBA stages 0–3 (feasibility, concept design and planning), stage 4 (technical design) and stages 5–6 (construction to handover). Different fee structures may be agreed at our discretion depending on the project scope.
Local Authority fees for planning and building control are additional to the Architect’s fee, as are fees for other consultants such as structural engineers, travel and printing costs.
CDM Regulations
We do not act as Principal Designer under the CDM Regulations. We can help you appoint one.
